Registration Fee

The Standard registration fee covers: one oral presentation of the accepted work; publication of one full paper / technical note in the open access conference proceedings, access to the conference proceedings, attendance to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and Social Program (Welcome reception and Conference dinner).

Technical Visit fee: covers one technical visit including transport (you should choose the technical visit in the registration form). There is a limit of 50 participants per visit (first come, first served).

Each Delegate can buy one extra ticket for the Social Program (Welcome reception and Conference dinner).

Rules and Cancelation Policy

  • The conference registration fee should be paid before the conference meeting date.

  • Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.

  • Presenting authors should have a paid registration by April 21, 2025 in order ensure the inclusion of their work in the program and in the proceedings of the conference

  • Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 EUR if a request is received by e-mail until April 21, 2025. After this date NO refund will be made.
